At Molecule-Perfume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened and unused products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and authorization code.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the item in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and secure it within the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
